A *LOT* of {Good} Food in Hong Kong

delicious window to Hong Kong

Premiere Chicago Family Portrait Blog

I spent the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas in Hong Kong with my friends and family. Besides working, my son and I were eating almost non-stop (while my husband went back home to Chicago). The food was REALLY that great. My son who is a picky eater at home, was trying all kinds of new foods in Hong Kong. Every person who saw him eat would compliment what a great eater he was. But the fact is, he has an exquisite palette. He can somehow pick out the chicken that was never frozen and reject dishes that were made with previously frozen chicken. He liked snake soup, baby pigeon, and sushi. My mom joked that he must have been an emperor in his previous life.
